Off to the Championship Game

Team Gray took on Team Orange tonight, with the winner getting the chance to advance to the championship game next Sunday. It was a back and forth game thru the first 2 periods, and we entered the 3rd period tied at 4. Heather was in the stands to witness a crazy finish to the game. Orange scored with only 5 min left to go up 5-4, and they were getting cocky thinking that they won the game. It only took us 30sec to tie it back up, but then they quickly scored again to regain the lead. That's when Team Gray took over, scoring 2 goals in less than a minute. Orange pulled their goalie with a minute and a half left, but they couldn't get the equalizer, so Team Gray took the win, 7-6. Five goals scored in around 3.5 minutes. Fun times. Team Gray is now headed to the championship game against Team Blue next Sunday. Be there. :)

It was a gorgeous weekend here, with highs in the upper 70s. Too bad these weekends always seem to go by so quickly. If you haven't heard yet, head on over to Heather's blog to read about a new addition to our household. :)

Way to go Team Gray!! Good luck in the Championship game next weekend, Brian.
So when do you start with the bike racing? Thought you had a race near Rochester this month.
I saw the pics of the new addition to your family! Vontoux will have to teach her the art of playing! Willa has found a great home. :)

Go Team Gray! Should be a good championship game. Is it going to be televised on FSN North :)

Bike racing either starts this weekend or next. I haven't decided yet. If I do race this weekend, it is just south of the Cities, so I will have to pay a visit if you'll be around. :)

Vino, the only way it's getting televised is if one of the player's kids records it and puts it on YouTube. ;) Are you still planning on coming to WI in May?

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention during my blog post, but we are getting our roof replaced in two weeks. New dog and new roof.

Yeah, if that still works for you. We'll have to iron out the details soon.

I found out this weekend that Andy Hampsten will be doing a group ride on GF that same weekend.

That should read "in GF" not "on GF". Although I'm sure that's possible for him.

Way to go Brian team Gray! Treat yourself to Donnie Osmond's new album with love songs from the '70's. I'm sure the dogs will love it, and it could give you a few new lyrics.
